Please join HIAS and the hosts of "Just Cause" for a special fundraiser event on Thursday, February 16th from 6-9pm at Mio Restaurant and Cafe (1110 Vermont Ave NW). "Just Cause" was founded 3 years ago to serve the local community by (1) bringing together different groups of friends once a month for fun and networking, (2) at different venues, thereby helping to fuel the local economy and introduce people to new bars and restaurants around town, (3) for the main goal of raising money for and awareness about non-profit organizations that benefit our local community... (4) Just 'Cause.

Everyone who comes donates $10 at the door, and 100% of the proceeds goes to that month's designated organization. Proceeds from this month's event will be split between HIAS and Iglesia Metodista Unida (Amor y Paz) in Virginia.
