Join HIAS Young Leaders for tutoring at Manhattan International High School! Help junior high school students who have all recently immigrated to the U.S. with reading, writing, math, and analytic skills.
RSVPs are required for this event in order to accurately pair up students with tutors. The end of the academic year is quite rigorous, and we need YOU! Please feel free to invite friends or colleagues to join!
You do NOT need to be a Calculus genius or a master of Shakespeare to sign up - these students need basic level assistance, and any help you can provide will make a difference! You do not have to tutor any material in which you do not feel confident.
Please contact erin.davis@hias.org for more information and to RSVP.
